[Event] Thanksgiving Turkey Hunting [Catalogue Page 20]

Happy Late Thanksgiving everyone! Hope those who celebrate Thanksgiving had a great Turkey Feast, and those who don’t had a wonderful day as well.

GC is celebrating Thanksgiving with everyone, too. Instead of the normal Silver Slime and Gold Slime (every Friday) drops, new Turkeys have appeared in all hunting grounds. This is a one-week limited event, with 3 new cards (Silver Turkey, Gold Turkey, and Platinum Turkey), and a new catalogue page (page 20).

Guardians: Silver Turkey (3☆) / Gold Turkey (4☆) / Platinum Turkey (4☆)

These Turkeys act as enhancing cards in the same way the normal Silver Slime and Gold Slime do. They yield EXP much higher than other normal 3☆ and 4☆ Guardians. Below is the EXP detail:

Overall, (Al)mighty Atlas is just an average Almighty Guardian, comparing to some of the excellent ones (such as Banshee Witch, Titan/Pumpkin Titan, Azi, and Apsara). There is no boost in areas that regular Atlas is best known for (HP and ATK), but increased his elemental attributes (MP and WIS). More importantly, the ATK+10% buff is gone, replaced with Earth +4.

Even without considering the ATK buff, Mighty Atlas’s ATK is still higher than his WIS, so recommended types and builds are the same as regular Atlas. He can be considered as a regular Atlas with a bit higher elemental defense.

Things may vary a bit in the case of Almighty Atlas. With the ATK buff, Almighty Atlas’ ATK is still higher than WIS normally (3450ATK vs. 3125WIS, unstoned), so normal good Atlas types (such as Chaotic) still apply to Almighty Atlas. With the large increase in WIS, now Int has also become a good type for Almighty Atlas. I may not necessarily agree that Int is the best type, since it’s overall tanking ability is not as good as Chaotic (lower HP, which affects both elemental and physical defense), and elemental attacks are affected by the critical/block issue.

Sexy	Not optimal, since he doesn’t need MP stoning except Brave type.
Powerful	Strong Physical damage build.
Brave	Tanking build, and unlike regular Atlas, he’s able to cast +4 twice with MP boost.
Fast	Faster build, but hinders physical defense. Can be either physical or elemental or both.
Intelligent	Strong elemental damage build.

(Al)mighty Apsara is a tank, especially elemental tank. Almighty Apsara’s HP is actually higher than that of Almighty Pumpkin Titan, but you can’t necessarily conclude that she’s a better tank than PCT because she is an elemental tank, while PCT is a physical tank. Chaotic and Int types seem to be the most popular ones. Chaotic Almighty Apsara has the highest HP in game so far, but has much lower damage output than Int type. Personally I consider Int to be the best type, since her damage output would be great while still have very high HP. Other than Chaotic and Int, Fast and Brave are pretty good types as well. Fast lowers her physical tanking ability a bit but increases her chance of first strike or even twice strike when against slow opponents. Brave brings higher physical defense while taking away some extra MP that she doesn’t really need.
